Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical tools for planning, implementing and sustaining organizational change. Participants work with templates and playbooks for diagnosis, stakeholder engagement, communication, training and measurement. The course focuses on repeatable methods that reduce disruption and increase adoption.
Objectives
2. Conduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted engagement strategies for priority groups.
3. Apply resistance-management techniques to diagnose pushback and design appropriate interventions.
4. Create a communications and learning sequence that supports frontline adoption and transfer of skills.
5. Define and implement measurable indicators and a monitoring routine to track adoption and trigger sustainment actions.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
